I.INTRODUCTION <br />Claims Management, Inc. (CMl) is pleased to submit this response to the Request for <br />Proposal (RFP) from the City of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as Client). This <br />proposal describes CMI's philosophy and services, and how we will meet the Clients special <br />needs as presented in the Request for Proposal. <br /> Claims Management, Inc. will be bound by this proposal and shall enter into a contract with <br /> the City of Redwood City to provide services in a form as mutually agreed upon by the Client <br /> and CMl.
