Stuart, Doris C. Thompson, Bob Whit- <br />more, and Larry Schenck-A~.7:38. ABSENT: Jim Coffis and <br />Artie Ree Morgan. (Mrs. Morgan entered meeting at approx. <br />7:45. to advise she could not stay ,and left immediately <br />thereafter.) <br /> <br />Also present: Asst. City Manager, Henry Burget; Park Supt., <br />Pasco Balzarini; Recreation Director, Alfred Morton: Asst. <br />Park Supt., John Yoshida, and ~s. Lee Massman, stenographer. <br /> <br />MINUTES of the meeting of July 2nd were approved as mailed, <br />on motion of Commissioner Whitmore, seconded by Commissioner <br />Thompson, and passed, Commissioners Coffis and Morgan being <br />noted absent. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />1 - Zerox copy of Report to Council b~City Manager under <br />date of Aug. 1st re lease agreement - LeBlanc "Mini <br />Park" from Park Department -(Agenda 1): <br />2 - Site plans for "Leblanc Mini Parkll from Park Department- <br />(Agenda 1); <br />3 - Form Letter received by Secretary re sending of supp- <br />lements to Zoning Ordinance from Harleth M. Brock, <br />zoning administrator, under date of July 16th, and' <br />Secretary's reply thereto; <br />4 - Speed letter from Park Dept. dated July 7th noting that <br />Council had approved $681 in Budget for 3 commissioners <br />to attend Park and Recreation Conference in Anaheim, <br />rec'd by Secty. on July 7th; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
