Estimate included 10' fencing, 221', at approx. $6 per ft. <br />Commissioner Morgan suggested that many areas of H/R needed <br />cleaning up and that she felt turfing of the area, for other than <br />active sport use, would not only improve the appearance of this <br />area but would provide a space for passive type recreation for <br />older people, or perhaps croquet.
