<br />1~ <br /> <br />4 - Easter Bowl - referring to map B, Park & Recreation Element to <br />the General Plan, it shows Emerald Hills area had nothing, <br />5 - Palm, Kentfield, Valota, Hudson area has nothing -and it is <br />rapidly becoming a high density populated area-needs land acquisition1 <br />6 - Acquire the Circle Star Theatre and create a combination municipal <br />auditorium, sports arena, convention hal11 <br />7 - Carefully and meticulously acquire property in the Friendly <br />Acres-Fair Oaks area1 <br />8 - Downtown -the mallr and Selby Lane property near Atherton where <br />there is some indication that in future property will be residential <br />and not all commercial. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Stuart noted that some of the previous bond issue priorities <br />proposals have been taken care of and the above report tonight deals <br />with "old" RC and there should be discussion as to what to propose <br />for ?new" RC or Shores. <br /> <br />Chairman Knecht asked "that the proposals -be presented in wri ting so <br />commissioners could study them. Mr. Stuart said that the above is <br />offered as a preliminary report so that we could discuss them in <br />January, and that a full commission discussion should be made before <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />It was discussed and agreed upon that the January agenda would be so <br />arranged that discussions of the Master Plan for Community Park could <br />be the subject of one meeting1 the Bond Issue Priorities that for an <br />adjourned meeting, and the balance of the agenda handled at a second <br />adjourned meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion was also had on the advisability of holding bi-monthly <br />Commission meetings.
