<br />is assumed that 7 day - 24 hour traffic count data is available from Caltrans for Route <br />101 mainline, ramps, and Ralston A venue overcrossing. <br /> <br />1.4 Utility Coordination <br /> <br />Letters requesting systems maps and "as-builts" will be sent to all utility companies <br />known to have facilities in the area. Existing utilities will be added to the plans and sent <br />to respective utility companies for verification. Conflicts bernreen proposed <br />improvements and utilities will be identified on the plans and sent with letters to the <br />utility companies requesting that they prepare relocation plans. Notice to owners <br />requesting that the utilities be relocated as shown on the plans will be mailed. The City is <br />responsible for preparing utility agreements and each utility company will do the design <br />and prepare their own utility relocation plans for their respective facilities. <br /> <br />1.5 DraÙza!?e Report <br /> <br />The Drainage Report will include the following elements: review of the existing drainage <br />culverts and ditches; recommendation for additional drainage facilities; and maintaining <br />historic drainage courses. Upgrading of culvert capacity, if required, will be discussed. <br />Drainage inlets will be analyzed for capacity and design spread of water along curb faces. <br />Detailed drainage tributary areas will be mapped from project topographic mapping, and <br />the drainage system will be analyzed using HYDRAlN to obtain design flows for culverts <br />and ditches. A draft Drainage Report will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans for <br />review (5 copies). Comments will be incorporated and a Final Drainage Report produced <br />(10 copies). <br /> <br />1.6 Survey Report <br /> <br />A Survey Report will be prepared to establish horizontal and vertical control for the <br />existing right of way, the control line and the location of existing monumentation in <br />accordance with Chapter 10 of the Caltrans Survey Manual. GPS work will be at least <br />second order or better. A Draft Report will be produced and submitted to Caltrans for <br />their review. Caltrans' review comments will be incorporated and a Final Survey Report <br />will be submitted to Caltrans. <br /> <br />1.7 Storm water Pollution Prevention Report <br /> <br />A draft Stonnwater Pollution Prevention Report will be prepared and submitted to <br />Caltrans for review. Comments will be incorporated and a final report will be prepared. <br />The City will prepare the application and apply for the ~'PDES Pennit. <br /> <br />1.8 Utility Pollzo/jng <br /> <br />Existing utilities will be potholed in accordance \vith Cdtrans' Poli(v on High ond Low <br />Risk Underground FaCilities Within Highwav Righr 0/ WU\.
