<br />by Contractor and its subcontractors, Contractor and its subcontractors shall pay not less than the <br />Federal minimum wage rate which most closely approximates the duties of the employees in <br /> <br />question. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Contractor shall also comply with the provisions of 29 CFR 5a.3 and all <br /> <br />amendments thereto, relating to Labor Standards for ratios of apprentices and trainees to <br /> <br />journeypersons. <br /> <br />(m) <br /> <br />Contractor and each subcontractor shall furnish to City within seven day after the <br /> <br />regular payment date of the weekly payroll period, a statement with respect to wages paid to <br />each of No. CA and General Wage Decision Modifications Nos. through and/or general <br /> <br />wage determinations applicable to this work published in the Federal Register pursuant to 29 <br />CPR, Subtitle A, Part 1, Section 1.5(b); as well as all other requirements ofthe Davis-Bacon Act. <br /> <br />Copies of said General Wage Decision and said Federal Register pages are included herewith. <br /> <br />(n) <br /> <br />If there is a difference between the minimum wage rates predetermined by the <br /> <br />Secretary of Labor and the general prevailing wage rates determined by the Director of- <br />the California Department of Industrial Relations for similar classifications of labor, <br /> <br />Contractor and its subcontractors shall pay not less than the higher wage rate. City will not <br /> <br />accept lower State wage rates not specifically included in the Federal minimum wage <br />determinations. This includes "helper" (or other classifications based on hours of experience) or <br /> <br />any other classification not appearing in the Federal wage determinations. Where Federal wage <br />determinations do not contain the State wage rate determination otherwise available for use by <br /> <br />Contractor and its subcontractors, Contractor and its subcontractors shall pay not less than the <br /> <br />Federal minimum wage rate which .most closely approximates the duties of the employees in <br /> <br />question. <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />Contractor shall also comply with the provisions of 29 CFR Sa.3 and all <br /> <br />amendments thereto, relating to Labor Standards for ratios of apprentices and trainees to <br /> <br />joumeypersons. <br /> <br />7 <br />
