<br />Mateo; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the area to be reconstructed and resurfaced in accordance with this <br /> <br />agreement is shown on Exhibit" A", which exhibit is attached to and made a part of this <br /> <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Reconstruction and Resurfacing of Canyon Road shall <br /> <br />include, bUt not be limited to mobilization, maintaining traffic. adjust sanirary sewer manhole <br /> <br />ro grade. reconstruct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade. adjust water <br /> <br />meœr box to grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanoUt box to grade, exploration of sanitary sewer <br /> <br />laterals, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, flre hydrant removal. develop and apply water, <br /> <br />roadway excavation, fmishing roadway, aggregate base (class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), <br /> <br />place asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway conforms), class 2 concrete <br /> <br />(miscellaneous construction, concrete cap), miscellaneous drainage facilities, miscellaneous <br /> <br />iron and steel, installation of traffic stripes, pavement markings, pavement markers and traffic <br /> <br />signs, sawcuning of asphalt concrete pavement and Ponland cement concrete, installation of <br /> <br />water services and appurtenances, installation of flre hydrant assembly, replacement or <br /> <br />sanitary sewer laterals, reconstruction and/or replacement of sanitary sewer cleanolits, and <br /> <br />other items of work associated with the roadway reconstruction work <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City consentS to the temporary designation of said portion of <br /> <br />Canyon Road described in "Exhibit An as a County Highway of the County or San Mateo for <br /> <br />the sale purpose of perfonning the work of improvement described herein, and only to the <br /> <br />extent necessary to perform such work of improvement as described under Section 1701 of the <br /> <br />-2- <br />
