<br />Street and Highway CO( <br /> <br />If the Stare of California. <br /> <br />.., <br />-. <br /> <br />The County will include in its contract for the above described project, <br /> <br />provisions for mobilizaÜon. maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade, <br /> <br />reconsüUct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade, adjust warer meter box to <br /> <br />grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanour box to grade, exploraÜon of sanirary sewer laterals, <br /> <br />clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fire hydrant removal. deveìop and apply water, roadway <br /> <br />excavation, finishing roadway, aggregate base (cìass 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place <br /> <br />asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway conforms), class 2 concrete (miscellaneous <br /> <br />construction. concrete cap), miscellaneous drainage facilities, miscellaneous iron and steel, <br /> <br />insrallaÜon of ITaffic stripes, pavement markings, pavemtilt markers and traffic signs. <br /> <br />sawcuning of asphalt concrete pavement and Ponland cement concrete, insrallation of warer <br /> <br />services and appunenances, installaÜon of tire hydrant assembìy, replacement of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer laterals, reconstruction and/or replacement of sanitary sewer cleanours, and other items <br /> <br />of work associated with the roadway reconstruction work for said portion of Canyon Road <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of the Ciry and including necessary street reconstruction work <br /> <br />outside of the City limits to alleviate drainage problems within t.he corporate limitS of the CiTy. <br /> <br />The signatUre of the City Engineer on the plans and specifications, to be prepared by the <br /> <br />County Deparunent of Public Works prior to advertisement for bid, shall indicate City <br /> <br />approval of the details and contents of said plans and specifications, and the commitment of <br /> <br />the City to this project- <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The County will award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for <br /> <br />the completion of the construction project including bur not limited to mobilization, <br /> <br />maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade, reconstruct sanitary sewer' <br /> <br />" <br />-;:¡- <br />
