<br />The Counry agrees to notify the Ciry of the successful bidder to whom

<br />the construction contract is awarded.

<br />The City agrees to reimburse the County, on demand, the tOtal COSt

<br />incurred by the County, estimated to be $165,000 for said preparation of the plans and
<br />
<br />speciñcations, mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade,

<br />reconstruct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade, adjust water meter box to
<br />
<br />grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanout box to grade, exploration of sanitary sewer laterals,
<br />
<br />clearing and grubbing, tree removal, f:ire hydrant removal, develop and apply water, roadway
<br />
<br />excavation, fmishing roadway, aggregate base (class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place
