Comments will be incorporated into a final report. The final report will be submitted as
hardcopy and electronic versions.

Task 10 - Attend Meetings

Fehr & Peers will attend three project meetings with City staff and four public meetings as
part of this Scope of Work. Additional meetings and or hearings will be attended at the
request of staff and billed as an additional service on a time and materials basis. We estimate
an additional cost of$350 per meeting and $500 per public hearing.

Schedule

The schedule for submittal of the draft report is dependent on receipt of background data
from City staff and the schedule for new traffic counts. Fehr & Peers expects to have the
traffic counts completed two to three weeks after receipt of the authorization to proceed. The
draft report will be submitted approximately three weeks later, for a total schedule of
approximately six weeks.

Additional Services

The scope of work has been developed to meet the specific requirements of this project.
However, additional work items may be needed as the study progresses. The additional
services that are beyond the scope of this study include, but are not limited to, additional
intersection counts, analysis of additional study locations, detailed operations analysis,
conceptual designs of mitigation measures, responses to comments requiring technical
analyses, and attendance at additional public meetings. We will conduct additional services
with authorization.
