Our claiming process will continue to utilize a full service start to finish. approach. MAXIMUS <br />will work with the City staff to identify those areas of eligible reimbursement, assist in gathering the <br />information, and ultimately prepare and file the claims with the State Controller's Office for <br />reimbursement. <br /> <br />Agreements <br />We assume the City will continue its practice of drafting an agreement using its standard terms and <br />conditions.
