Change Order and Product Substitution Evaluations <br />4. Site Observation Reports <br />5. Punch Lists <br />6. One Mylar set of As-Built record drawings <br /> <br />Peter, for the above scope, Beals Alliance respectfully requests a fixed fee of $74,600 for the services <br />outlined in the Scope of Work. This fee is based on the anticipated work effort that will be required to <br />successfully complete this project (based on our experience on the synthetic turf field projects) and includes <br />the final set of mylar as-built drawings and also includes the construction administration fees of our electrical <br />and structurai engineering consuitants. <br /> <br />Peter, if this additional service meets with the approval of the City, please sign below and issue a purchase <br />order as a verification of Scope of Services.
