<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services are to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br />AMENDMENT NO. ~ TO AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR THE SPORT FIELDS SYNTHETIC TURF CONVERSION PROJECT (Beals <br />Alliance, Sport Division). <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Construction Administration Services <br />Synthetic Turf Field Installation Project, Red Morton Park, Beals Alliance Project <br />No. 280505" dated March 20, 2007, ("Proposal") is attached to this Exhibit A and <br />is to be incorporated by this reference. The Scope of Services to be provided to <br />the City by the Contractor, the cost estimates and fees, and the time frame during <br />which the Services are to be provided under this Agreement are fully set forth in <br />the Proposal. <br /> <br />3 <br />
