<br />Work. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Attend a meeting to discuss completing the design work. This <br />is a meeting to discuss the specific requirements of the <br />additional HVAC equipment that will be replaced [HVAC <br />equipment not included originally in the scope of the design <br />work] and to discuss requirements for the new screen wall. <br />Compensa te the Archi tect for all work performed in connection wi th execu ting the work <br />task in accordance with the Architect's standard hourly rates for hours spent by the <br />Architect, Architect's employees, and Architect's consultants executing the requested <br />work. <br />Schedule a site visit to confirm existing conditions. [This <br />is a site visit to confirm existing conditions including the <br />location of all duct work and HVAC equipment. Some of this <br />work has already been completed but additional HVAC equipment <br />has been added to the scope of the work. This site visit may <br />or may not be combined with work task #3 but the hours are not <br />included in work task #3.] Compensate the Architect for all work <br />performed in connection with executing the work task in accordance with the Architect's <br />standard hourly rates for hours spent by the Architect, Architect's employees, and <br />Architect's consultants executing the requested work. <br />Schedule a site visit to review the condition of the existing <br />HVAC equipment and areas served. [Work task #5 is a separate <br />site visit by the mechanical engineer to confirm equipment <br />requirements and connection requirements, and other pertinent <br />information related to the new HVAC equipment that has been <br />added to the scope of the design work. The site visit by the <br />mechanical engineer mayor may not be combined with work task <br />#3 but the hours are not included in work task #3.] Compensate <br />the Architect for all work performed in connection with executing the work task in <br />accordance with the Architect's standard hourly rates for hours spent by the Architect, <br />Architect's employees, and Architect's consultants executing the requested work. <br />Update the previously completed "Condition Report Air <br />Conditioning Systems" and recommend replacement of HVAC <br />equipment in consultation with representatives of the City of <br />Redwood City. REPLACE HVAC UNITS Compensate the Architect for all work <br />performed in connection with executing the work task in accordance with the Architect's <br />standard hourly rates for hours spent by the Architect, Architect's employees, and <br />Architect's consultants executing the requested work. <br />Prepare Contract Documents for new HVAC equipment and new duct <br />work, and new supports for HVAC equipment and ductwork.
