48 Written report - copies sent to Commissioners - indicated $139,887.54 had been spent between 7/1/69 and 2/28/70 and that some approx. $119,000 remains in the fund as of the Feb. date. Some of these monies, it was felt by the Commission, were ear- marked for present projects. 7 - u~~ßET - progress report: Secretary Thompson noted that she had been advised by Mr. Ullrich that he was starting meetings with department heads tomorrow, and would probably contact Comm- ission next week. Chairman Knecht appointed himself and Commiss- ioners Whitmore and Thompson as the committee to meet with Mr. Ullrich. It was suggested that the Budget Committee meet and establish priorities on Commission recommendations for budget.
