Commissioner Knecht, seccnded by Commissioner Stuart, moved to accept Mrs. Morgan's resignation, with regret, -and it be referred to the City Manager for Council for action, passed. Commissioner Schenck was noted absent. The secretary was asked to write Mrs. Morgan and express the commission's appreciation for her services to the commission and to the City and its good wishes for the future. (
