Pat Logue Mrs. Logue presented revised site plan which had been prepared after discussion with Mr. Paulson. To a query, Mrs. Logue said plan had not been_discussed with Park Department. Discussion included: that there would be no difficulty in City securin surface-lease agreements with H/H: that project would neet to be under jurisdiction of City due to liablility factor, maintenance, continuity of use of project; that monies are not available in this year',s budget and project would therefore baBe to be considered for next year's; any plan for area should show total costs, including maintenance; site plans must be approved "byboth Park Dept. and Rec. Dept. and Mini Park committee before Commission action; that it would be wise for City to secure surface-righti*on all H/H r/w areas in City and set up priorities and types of use. (See page 4.)
