<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. <br /> <br />11. This agreement may be terminated by Redwood City or Circle Star and <br />Homestead, without cause and at the sole and entire discretion of the <br /> <br />respective parties, upon a one hundred twenty (120) day written notice to the <br />other party. <br /> <br />12. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for cause upon a sixty (60) <br />day written notice to the other party; provided, however, that the defaulting <br /> <br />party shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the notice of termination to <br />remedy the cause of the termination. <br /> <br />(a) All notices, demands, and requests under this Agreement that may be <br />given or made by any party to the other party must be in writing. <br />(b) All notices, demands, and requests must be deposited with the United <br /> <br />States Postal Service, first-class postage and prepaid or with an <br />overnight messenger or courier addressed to the respective parties, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />In the case of Redwood City: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br /> <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />In the case of Circle Star: <br />1068 East Meadow Circle <br /> <br />Palo Alto, CA 94303 <br /> <br />In the case of Homestead: <br />3 Circle Star Way <br />San Carlos, CA 94070 <br />
