FXS:c 7/13/92 (033/31) <br /> 8/05/92R <br /> WHEREAS, said Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element <br /> describes the program which the City of Redwood City will <br /> implement in the City of Redwood City for the safe collection, <br /> recycling treatment and disposal of household hazardous waste; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element has <br /> been reviewed by the City/County Association of Governments <br /> ("C/CAG" ) , the Local Task Force for San Mateo County, and found <br /> to be acceptable; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element has <br /> been reviewed by the City of Redwood City and found to be <br /> acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> The Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element prepared for <br /> Atherton, Belmont, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, East Palo Alto, <br /> Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Portola <br /> Valley, Redwood City, San Carlos , San Mateo, Woodside and the <br /> Unincorporated Areas of San Mateo County, Final Draft dated June <br /> 1992 , a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Redwood City, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for full particulars , is hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> Household Hazardous Waste Element for the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2 11825 <br />
