FXS:ck, 7/13/92 (035/31) <br /> S/05/92R <br /> Hazardous Waste Element will have no significant environmental <br /> impacts and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City Planning Department in its <br /> capacity as a "responsible agency" , has reviewed the <br /> environmental document under the "informal consultation" <br /> requirements of CEQA Guidelines Section 15063 (g) and has <br /> concurred in the processing of a Negative Declaration for the <br /> Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County Planning Division has circulated the <br /> Negative Declaration to the State Clearinghouse and the <br /> "responsible agencies, " including the City of Redwood City, for <br /> review for a 21-day period from July 2 , 1992 to July 23 , 1992; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo, as lead agency, has <br /> responded to all comments received during the comment period. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> On the basis of the Initial Study, comments received <br /> thereto, and testimony presented and considered at the public <br /> hearing, that there is no substantial evidence that the project <br /> will have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> This Council finds that the Negative Declaration for the <br /> Joint Household Hazardous Waste Element reflects the independent <br /> judgment of the City of Redwood City and is complete, correct, <br /> 2 11824 <br />
