PROPOSED CONTRACT FEE 4.1 MND OPTION The estimated not-to-exceed contract fee for all professional tasks outlined in section 3.2 herein through preparation and submittal of the Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND), Responses to Comments Memorandum, and Mitigation Monitoring Checklist would total $59,439. The total assumes that up to 11 Senior Planner and 5 Principal hours would be required to prepare the Responses to Comments Memorandum. The estimated MND cost breakdown is itemized in Table 4.1 which follows. The total contract fee includes attendance by John Wagstaff or Ray Pendro at up to three (3) meetings with staff up to two (2) public hearings. The total contract estimate also includes printing and distribution/circulation of ten (10) copies of the Administrative Draft MND, 75 copies of the public release Draft MND, 15 copies of the Responses to Comments Memo and Mitigation Monitoring Checklist. 4.2 EIR ADDENDUM OPTION Our estimated not-to-exceed contract fee for all professional tasks outlined in section 3.1 herein through preparation and submittal of the Draft EIR, Final EIR, and Mitigation Monitoring checklist totals $54,915. The cost estimate includes attendance by the Wagstaff and Associates Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager at up to three (3) staff meetings and up to two (2) public hearings. The estimate also includes printing and delivery to the city of ten (10) copies of the Administrative Draft Addendum, 75 copies of the Draft Addendum, and fifty (50) copies of the Response to Comments Memorandum. 4.3 REQUESTED COMPENSATION SCHEDULE Payments to Wagstaff and Associates for services rendered in accordance with the work scopes and schedules described herein would be based upon submission of monthly statements. These statements would itemize monthly totals and running totals. The following payment schedule is proposed: A. 15 percent of the total project fee upon contract execution; B.
