Absent: Reuben Haynes and <br />William Welsh. <br />STAFF: Park Superintendent Pasco Balzarini, Park Supervisor <br />Sylvester Duplessis and Acting Director of Recreation, <br />Bill Paulson. <br /> <br />Chairman Thompson welcomed civic Cultural Commissioners Robert Buickeroo <br />and David Harris; Police Officer Peter MacDonald: and Scotty Craik, <br />Railroad IIBuffll. Stenographer Joan McMurry, Canada student, was <br />introduced and welcomed to the Commission. <br /> <br />Chairman Thompson pointed out a slight correction concerning the <br />approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December. Commissione <br />Haynes had entered a motion to approve the minutes, but had not attended <br />the December meeting. It was agreed by the Commissioners present to <br />read that Commissioner Guida approved the minutes of the December meetin <br /> <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />1.
