164 b. Condor Legion Model 'Airplane Exhibition, JUne 17 & 18- Red Morton Community Park Staff was asked for their opinions on granting permdssion. Pasco Balzarini had no objection. Bill Paulson discussed many disadvantages inclUding noise, complaints from neigh- bors of the park, etc. He further stated that he did not wish to grant per~ssion. ..... Commissioner Knecht moved to accept Mr. Paulson's recommenda- tion to deny permission to the Condor Legion for an Airplane EXhibition in the Red MOrton Community Park, seconded by Çommissioner Schenck, and carried. Commissioners Haynes and Welsh being noted absent. It was further discussed that use of model airplanes in the park at any future time be denied. 14 .
