Fales informing him that her term was about to end and that she applauded the Council1s policy of only two full term appointments to the commission. Re Commission Reports ... - Chairman Thompson suggested that in the future all reports be in writing. Chairmen must call meetings of committees and a convenient date chosen for at least 2/3 of members to be present. She hoped that committee meetings include the entire committee if possible. - - 12.
