Consultants perform in full compliance with Applicable Laws including, but not limited to, <br /> sections of the California Labor Code requiring payment of prevailing wages. <br /> F. Developer shall include in its contracts with all Contractors and <br /> Consultants the obligations set forth in this Agreement, as follows: <br /> 1. The obligation to comply with Applicable Laws and perform in <br /> accordance with the standards described in Section 2(F); <br /> 2. Ownership of the Documents, in accordance with Section 6; <br /> 3. The obligation to perform in accordance with the Project Schedule, <br /> as provided in Section 7; <br /> 4. The obligation to maintain and retain records in connection with the <br /> Services and to provide City and Agency with access to those records in <br /> accordance with Section 9; <br /> 5. The obligation to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City and <br /> the Agency, as described in Section 11; <br /> 6. The obligation to obtain insurance and provide evidence of <br /> insurance as described in Section 12; <br /> 7. Construct the Streetscape Improvements and Street Modifications <br /> in accordance with the documents identified in Section 1(A)(i), above, and the <br /> City of Redwood City's Engineering Standards, Vol. I, II and III. <br /> 8. Such other and further obligations as may be reasonably necessary <br /> to effect the purposes of this Agreement. <br /> G. Developer shall provide City and Agency with complete copies of any or <br /> all of its agreements with Contractors and Consultants upon written request. <br /> H. Personnel of City and Agency shall have access to the Project Site at all <br /> times during performance of the Services. Developer shall notify the Agency and the <br /> City in writing as each of the activities described in section (A) (i) and (ii), above, has <br /> been completed. <br /> I. Maintenance of Work; Warranties. Prior to completion and acceptance of <br /> the Streetscape Improvements and Street Modifications, the Developer shall be <br /> responsible for protecting the improvements and performing any required maintenance <br /> at Developer's sole cost and expense.
