If <br /> Developer or a Contractor wants to <br /> utilize a subcontractor that cannot <br /> provide the required coverage or <br /> acceptable limits Developer or <br /> Contractor shall include that <br /> subcontractor under its insurance. <br /> Each Contractor's Commercial General Liability shall include, at a minimum, the <br /> following coverages: <br /> 1. Owners and contractors protective. <br /> 2. Broad form property damage liability including occurrence at full policy <br /> limit. - <br /> 3.
