City of Redwood City EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK Scope Blomquist Street Extension 3.10 Mechanically stabilized embankment plans & details. Subject to the feasibility study, approach ramps and abutments vvill use mechanically stabilized embankments (MSE). Manna vvill prepare plans and details for the MSE walls. 3.11 Bridge plans and construction details. Manna Vvill prepare all structures plans (Refer to Exhibit A.2 Preliminary Drawing List). 3.12 Pump station plans and details. Manna will prepare plans for the relocated pump stations, including mechanical, electrical and structural systems and details. 3.13 Reinforced concrete box culvert plans and details. Manna Vvill prepare plans and details for the new concrete box girder in accordance with drainage reports by WRECO. 3.14 Standard specifications provisions. Manna v.r:ill prepare projeCt-specific technical specifications based on editing the City's specifications where needed. New provisions for bridge construction and related seCtions v.r:ill be developed. 3.15 Final bridge hydrology report. WRECO 'Will prepare final bridge hydrology report. In addition, the draft drainage reports for the box culvert and the pump station will reviewed in conjunction with the plans for consistency of design. 3.16 Final drainage report. WRECO will submit the final drainage report for the site and the bridge structure. 3.17 QA/Q!2 implementation. Manna will implement the submitted QAlQC as the project progresses. This will include thorough review of the design procedures and calculations, drawings, and specifications for the fmal submittal of the projeCt. 4.00 Milestone 3 - 95% Submittal 4.01 Revise plans. Manna will incorporcn:e review comments received from the 65% submittal, as appropriate, into the 95% submittal package. Responses to each agency's comments will be tabulated and tracked and distributed to provide closure. Design calculations will be checked, and plans cross-referenced to provide coordination of details. A coordination check will also be perfonned among the plans, specifications and Engineer's Estimate. Manna will meet with the City to provide clarifications and resolve any outstanding issues prior to submitting this package. Quality check and documents will be submitted ",1Ïth the final set. 4.02 Revise SSP's. Manna will finalize specifications and will incorporate the City's comments. 4.03 Engineer's Estimate.
