Where adjacent Building Parcels are merged, the Building Zone Areas <br />may be extended and merged at their most proximate boundaries, provided that no merger of <br />Building Zone Areas shall cause an intrusion into the area shown. on Exhibit B-4 as reserved <br />for landscaped open space and pedestrian circulation. <br /> <br />(i) Dw-ing the term of this Agreement, City may apply new Development <br />Regulations to the development of the Project which are not in contlict with the Existing <br />Development Regulations, the Existing Approvals, or this Agreement.
