Provide guidance and assistance to the Redwood City 2000 coordinator in implementing the healthy community <br />strategic planning process. <br /> <br />2. Provide process expertise to assist the Community Action Team in completing a healthy community strategic plan <br />and quality of life index including: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Design and facilitate monthly Community Action Team meetings in a manner that <br />ensures participation and prevents domination <br />Develop formats and activities for the Community Action Team to utilize in doing <br />its work <br />Assist in keeping the healthy communities strategic planning process focused and <br />on-schedule <br />Complete the healthy community strategic planning process on time <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Design and lead an 8 month, 24 hour Management Seminar for 15 staff people. The Management Seminar will <br />parallel the healthy community strategic planning process and will emphasize applied skills. Topics will be <br />identified together with participantas and might include: organizational development, strategic planning, agenda <br />design, facilitation and delivering training programs. The Management Seminar will begin in September 1996 <br />and conclude in May 1977. <br /> <br />4.
