<br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />Redwood City 2000 agrees to supply the following for the training: <br /> <br />*Training Facility - the training room needs to have movable tables and chairs, no school desks, be well lit, well <br />ventilated, and have ample space to divide participants into groups for various exercises. Due to the duration of the <br />training a pleasant atmosphere conducive to learning is imperative. <br /> <br />*cotTeeitealwater service <br />*table up front for presenter materials with pitcher of ice water/cup <br />*podiunVrnicrophone <br />*overhead projector with screen <br />*ßipchart easel with pad/markers <br />*name tags <br /> <br />Cancellations or rescheduling policy: <br />1) If notification is less than four weeks from training date, NT A will charge Contractor 25% of the program fee. <br />Contractor will also be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred. <br />2) lftraining event is cancelled due to unforeseen climatic conditions (i.e. earthquake, flood, snowstorm etc.) and NT A <br />trainer is en route to site, contractor is responsible for paying a $300 program cancellation fee in addition to any non <br />refundable travel expenses. <br /> <br />Contractor will be billed upon completion of the training.
