Chamber shall use the funds provided pursuant to <br />paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />(Contract Objectives) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />ANNUAL REPORT.
