The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute all necessary or appropriate purchase documents (in form <br /> approved by the City Attorney) from time to time during the term <br /> of the purchases specified in the aforesaid Contract Documents , <br /> for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of <br /> said materials in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and <br /> conditions of said Contract Documents , Specifications and the <br /> aforementioned bidder' s proposal, to effectuate the purchase <br /> approved hereby. <br /> 3 . Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of R. S. <br /> Maltoni Trucking Company are , and each of them is , hereby waived. <br /> 4 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br /> aforementioned purchase documents , all securities guaranteeing <br /> said purchase upon award. <br /> 2 11814 <br />
