Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. Public Comment: Daniella Gasparini, San Mateo County /Redwood City Chamber of Commerce, Economic Committee Member, stated appreciation for the City informing the Chamber on such matters and the reasoning behind the increases as it does affect the businesses. Council commended staff for working with the Chamber and using the process of the Coro Fellows study. Recommendation: M/S Howard /Bain to adopt the Fee Schedule for Building and Miscellaneous Permits by resolution at the conclusion of the Public Hearing. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. (505) RESOLUTION 14668 ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR BUILDING AND MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12883 B. At that point, Council determined that it would be a part of the General Plan and since then there have been additional concerns raised.
