The ~ecutive Session had to be called because the Canyon Park property was still involved in litigation and the attorney/ client privilege remained in effect. However, Attorney Schricker mentioned that the City had. acquired six acres but the- action was dismissed on. the additional three acres. Chairman SChenck suggested putting some portable equipment, such as picnic tables and benches, in Conmuni ty Park this summer in anticipa tion of more citizens using the facilities closer to home due to the energy crisis.
