, 'to REPORTS - Redwood Shores Committee r Commissioner Pound gave a verbal report and stated that the Committee has met twice and also that two citizens have been selected to work on the Committee (Dick Eastman and Marnie Huber). Four architects have been selected to be interviewed and a scope-of-work has been developed. Representatives of Mobil Oil Estates have been requested to serve on the Committee. The Mobil Oil representative will also be requested to revi~w the master plan. It was also indicated that the Homeowners Association will be conducting a general interest survey at Redwood Shores within the next few weeks. MOTION: Commissioner Schenck moved to approve the verbal report of the Redwood Shores Committee, seconded by Commissioner Knecht. The motion carried unanimously by'voice vote. , REPORT ITEM 5 - Montqly Reports A. ~artment MonthJ.y Rej>orts Commissioner Pound commented that her children had attended the Wilderness Camp program and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Commissioner Weintraub com- mented that she had been one of the judges for the Wading Beauty & Muscle Man contest. Before judging the contest, she felt that this type of con- test should be eliminated, but afterwards she changed her mind. Both she and Commissioner Pound agreed and suggested that the Judging Form should be changed. MOTION: Commissioner Schenck moved that the monthly reports be accepted, - seconded by Commissioner Pound. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. REPORT ITEM 6 - Committee Schedulin£ Pro~ram Commit~ee - Chairman Rollins will contact Mr. Paulson and set up this meeting via telephone. MOTION: Commissioner Schenck moved that a letter be WTitten to Mr. Lou Spadia to thank him for the cooperative attitude the Forty -Niners displayed during the negotiation of the new contract, seconded by Commissioner Roll ins. Commissioner Rollins asked staff when the McGarvey baseball diamond would be moved. Mr. Weeks indicated this would be done this Winter during the next phase of construction at Red Morton Community Park.
