<br />74 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 7 - MONTHLY REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />~artmental Monthly Reports <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Pound moved to accept the Departmental <br />Monthly reports as written, seconded by Commissioner <br />Knecht. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Other Reports <br /> <br />Mr. Weeks mentioned that he has distributed the agenda for Youth in <br />Government Day and requested as many Commissioners attend the meeting <br />as possible. <br /> <br />ROUND TABLE <br /> <br />Chairwoman Weintraub commended Tom Ferrando, Administrative Assistant, for <br />the fine Community Garden Report which he sent to her and to Commissioner <br />Pound. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson gave a brief report on the San Diego Conference with <br />specific reference to the Presentation on Law Enforcement in Recreation <br />and also the presentation on Public Relations. He felt both were excellent <br />reports. <br /> <br />There being no further business, it was moved by Co~ssioner Pound and <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />seconded by Commissioner Rollins to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote and the meeting was adjourned at 10: 50 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />
