He fel t that larger representation would <br />provide greater input from more segments of the community. Chairman <br />Knecht requested Commissioner Rollins to investigate further and report <br />his findings to the Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pound requested additional information, if any, regarding <br />the Belmont School si te development at Redwood Shores. Mr. Weeks reported <br />that a meeting was held June 11 with the City Manager7 the City Attorney, <br />the Attorney for the Belmont School District, and the Superintendent of <br />the Belmont School District. It was determined that -.the attorneys would <br />work toward arriving at an agreeable lease agreement between the City and <br />the Belmont School District which would remove some of the present con- <br />straints which the Belmont School District has relative to the utiliza- <br />tion of current funds for paying back the City for this project. It was <br />agreed that every effort will continue to be made to reach a settlement <br />so that this project can still be completed this summer. <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Pound, <br />seconded by Commissioner Weintraub, to adjourn the meeting to the meet- <br />ing of June 16,1975 at 4:00 PM at the Mobil 011 Estates office.
