These details will be <br />worked out with the Planning Department as work on the ordinance pro- <br />gresses. <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the Committee report, Commissioner Rollins <br />moved that the Parks & Recreation Commission approve the pro- <br />[XJsed regulations for the dedication of land, payment of fees, <br />or both, for park and recreational land in subdivisions and <br />recommend that these regulations be incorporated into the <br />new land subdivision ordinance for the City of Redwood City, <br />seconded by Commissioner Weintraub. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Aldrich, Pound, Rollins, Weintraub, Wilson <br /> <br />NAYS: <br /> <br />Commissioner Knecht <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 4 - !2R~1l_~~&c...~ .Committee <br /> <br />Open Space Committee Chairman Knecht reported that the Committee met on <br />May 28,1975 to tour the Hetch~Hetchy Right-of-Way in response to the <br />proposed preliminary plans for the development of the right-of-way. <br /> <br />The Committee visited several of the sites that were detailed on the <br />proposed development plan to investigate the [XJssibility of acquiring <br />additional property which would assist in the overall usability of the <br />right-of-way. These property additions were small parcels which would <br />provide more assessibility to the right-of-way at key locations. The <br />Committee felt the tour assisted them in understanding the elements of <br />the General Plan. Several questions arose during the tour which will be <br />discussed with the consultant for the project at their next meeting. <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 5 - Mon~h1~ Reports <br /> <br />The Department monthly reports were reviewed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Rollins moved to accept the Departmental monthly <br />reports, seconded by Commissioner Wilson. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 6 ~ Committee ~chedulin~ <br /> <br /> <br />There were no committee meetings scheduled for the month of June. <br /> <br />, :' <br /> <br />, , .' , ' <br /> <br />^, "'-'."
