Redwood Shores. A tour was pro posed to inspect the proposed park site areas on the Redwood Shores Peninsula in order that the Commission might confirm their recommendations to the Plan- ning Commission concerning the proposed sites. The Commissioners were supplied with maps of the areas in question. The area of greatest concern was the proposed location for the community park sitec for Redwood Shores. Four proposed sites were inspected and discussed. One site was located along Steinberger Slough adjacent to the proposed water tank site and in combination with the proposed junior high school site. A second site was that which is westerly of the Steinberger Slough site and is the area to the northeast of the inter- section of Shell Parkway and Peninsula Parkway. A third site would be directly west of the second site and is located south and east of the intersection de Shell Parkway and the inland water lagoon. The fourth site was that which would run parallel to the inland waterway and south- east of Marine World Parkway extended. "
