(e) At said hearing, all persons present and interested in the matter were <br />offered the opportunity to be heard, and were heard; <br />(f) Recommendation 2.a) contained in the Report to the Honorable Mayor <br />and City Council from the City Manager dated May 22, 2000, to retain <br />the provisions of the Sign Ordinance as enacted, is hereby approved <br />and adopted, together with all findings in support thereof; <br />(g) No applicable amortization schedules for the Sign Ordinance expire, or <br />will expire, until at least 6 months after the date of adoption of this <br />resolution confirming the continuing need for the Sign Ordinance to <br />take effect; <br />(h) The Sign Ordinance, as enacted, and including, but not limited to, the <br />amortization schedules therein included, is necessary for the public <br />health, safety and welfare. <br />2.
