<br />State Disability Insurance: Contract Employee shall be entitled to participate in the <br />State Disability Insurance. <br /> <br />Mileaoe: Contract Employee is eligible for mileage reimbursement at the prevailing IRS <br />rate ($0.31) for use of personal vehicle on City business. <br /> <br />Recoonized Holidays: Contract Employee is entitled to twelve (12) paid holidays and <br />one (1) 'administrative holiday' per Exhibit "B8 attached hereto and incorporated by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Bereavement Leave: Contract Employee may be absent with pay up to three (3) <br />consecutive work days (four (4) days if travel requires over 300 miles) available upon <br />commencement of employment because of a death on Contract Employee's immediate <br />family. <br /> <br />Sick Leave: Contract Employee will accrue sick leave at the rate of 3.693 hours per <br />payroll period (12 days per year). <br /> <br />Personal Business Leave: Contract Employee will receive two (2) paid personal <br />business leave day per year and it shall be available after six (6) months of service, and <br />is deducted from sick leave. <br /> <br />Vacation Leave: Contract Employee will accrue vacation leave at the rate of 4.615 <br />hours per payroll period (3 weeks per year). <br /> <br />Medical Insurance: The City shall pay the monthly premium to continue Contract <br />Employee's current plan for medical insurance borne by present employer, at a <br />maximum rate of $413.00 per month. <br /> <br />DentallnsuranÅ“: Contract Employee has elected,to receive-dentaNnsuranÅ“ttøøugt1" <br />the City's program. The monthly cost of .approximately $61:00 shall be borne by <br />Contract Employee in the form of a payroll deduction for the duration of this contract <br /> <br />Vision Insurance: Contract Employee has elected:tO'~visiorrinsuranc:e.through' <br />the City's program.
