State Disability Insurance: Contract Employee shall be entitled to participate in the State Disability Insurance. Mileaoe: Contract Employee is eligible for mileage reimbursement at the prevailing IRS rate ($0.31) for use of personal vehicle on City business. Recoonized Holidays: Contract Employee is entitled to twelve (12) paid holidays and one (1) 'administrative holiday' per Exhibit "B8 attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. Bereavement Leave: Contract Employee may be absent with pay up to three (3) consecutive work days (four (4) days if travel requires over 300 miles) available upon commencement of employment because of a death on Contract Employee's immediate family. Sick Leave: Contract Employee will accrue sick leave at the rate of 3.693 hours per payroll period (12 days per year). Personal Business Leave: Contract Employee will receive two (2) paid personal business leave day per year and it shall be available after six (6) months of service, and is deducted from sick leave. Vacation Leave: Contract Employee will accrue vacation leave at the rate of 4.615 hours per payroll period (3 weeks per year). Medical Insurance: The City shall pay the monthly premium to continue Contract Employee's current plan for medical insurance borne by present employer, at a maximum rate of $413.00 per month.
