<br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS <br /> <br />New Years Day <br />Washington's Birthday (observed on the third Monday in February) <br />Memorial Day (observed on the last Monday in May) <br />Independence Day (July 4) <br />Labor Day (observed on the first Monday in September) <br />Admission Day (observed September 9) <br />Veterans Days (observed November 11) <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />The Day After Thanksgiving <br />Christmas Eve <br />Christmas Day <br />New Years Eve <br /> <br />Administrative Holiday (one day of choice with prior Department Head approval) <br /> <br />When any of the above holidays fall on Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered the holiday. <br />When any of the above holidays fall on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be considered the <br />holiday. <br /> <br />As appropriate, a contract employee who is required to work on any of the holidays described above, <br />shall be paid time and one half the established rate of pay for all hours actually worked on such <br />holiday, and shall receive another day off or pay for the holiday. <br />
