<br />Insurance Category <br />Worker's Compensation <br /> <br />Employer's Liability <br /> <br />Minimum Limits <br />Statutory minimum <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident for bodily <br />injury or disease. <br /> <br />Comprehensive General Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence for <br />bodily injury, personal injury and <br />property damage. <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident for bodily <br />injury and property damage <br />(coverage required to the extent <br />applicable to Association's vehicle <br />usage in performing services <br />hereunder) <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this agreement, Association shall <br />furnish Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration <br />pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br />comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, <br />original endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received written <br />notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage for first class mail; <br /> <br />(b) Providing that Association's insurance shall apply separately to <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br />with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br />endorsement); <br /> <br />(c) Naming the Agency and its Board, the City of Redwood City and <br />its Council, and their respective officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) Providing that Association's insurance coverage shall be <br />primary insurance with respect to the Agency and its Board, the City of <br />Redwood City and its Council, and their respective officers, boards, <br />commissions, employees and agents, and any insurance or self- <br />insurance maintained by the Agency for itself, its Board, commissions, <br />employees, or agents or by the City of Redwood City for itself, its <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees and agents shall be <br />excess of Association's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />6. Assignment and Subcontract. (a) Without the written consent of the <br />Agency, this Agreement is not assignable in whole or in part.
