<br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, providing equal access and <br />reasonable accommodations in employment programs and services to person <br />who are disabled. <br /> <br />14. Narrative Report(s). Association shall submit a narrative report to <br />Agency upon termination of this agreement describing the activities funded <br />under this Agreement. <br /> <br />15. Financial Statement/Analysis. Association shall make available to <br />Agency, upon request, a financial statement and analysis setting forth in detail <br />the manner in which, and the specific purposes for which, the funds paid <br />hereunder were expended to the date of such accounting. In addition to the <br />foregoing, and in any event, Association shall submit to Agency no later than <br />the date upon which this Agreement terminates a detailed financial statement <br />and analysis setting forth the foregoing information. Said statement and <br />analysis may be combined with the narrative report submitted pursuant to <br />paragraph 14. <br /> <br />Six months following the effective date of this Agreement, and each <br />successive six months thereafter until termination of this Agreement, <br />Association shall submit to Agency a progress report documenting <br />Association's success in meeting the objectives referenced in paragraph 1. <br />The final report shall be submitted no later than December 1, 1998. If <br />Association shall fail to submit such reports on a timely basis, Agency may <br />withhold payment of funds hereunder until all such delinquent reports have <br />been submitted. <br /> <br />16. Audit: Monitoring. Agency may audit the records and accounts <br />of Association for the purpose of verifying expenditures by Association of <br />funds provided hereunder or verifying statements or analyses made or <br />provided by Association hereunder. Association shall respond to, and <br />comply with, any audit exception made or taken by Agency relating to <br />Association's performance or failure to perform hereunder. Association shall <br />pay Agency the full amount determined to be owing as a result of any such <br />audit exception. <br /> <br />Agency shall have the right to monitor Association's program and <br />expenditures made pursuant to this agreement to verify Association's <br />compliance with this agreement following the date on which the progress <br />report identified in paragraph 16 is due. <br /> <br />17. Interest of Public Officials. No members, officers, or employees <br />or agents of the Agency, the City of Redwood City or other public official <br />who exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this agreement or <br />Association's program during his or her tenure, or for one year thereafter, <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />AK/DES: Historical Museum: v.4: 5/15/97 <br />
