<br />shall, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of invoice, reimburse District for all <br /> <br />equipment and supplies purchased by City from District and for services rendered by <br />Coordinator and Support Staff, <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Employment. Notwithstanding the above, when District employees work at City, <br /> <br />they shall remain employees of District and District shall be responsible for furnishing all <br /> <br />workers compensation benefits to those employees. Notwithstanding the above, when City <br /> <br />employees work at District, they shall remz;n ernpioyees of City and City shall be responsible <br /> <br />for furnishing all workers compensation benefits to those employees. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Overtime Reimbursement. <br /> <br />In the event the District is required to pay a <br /> <br />paramedic coordinator or a paramedic-firefighter for overtime as a direct result of Coordinator's <br /> <br />and/or a paramedic-firefighter's provision of services for City, City will pay the sum due for <br /> <br />-- overtime compensation for the paramedic coordinator and/or the paramedic-firefighter to <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Benefits, City shall not be responsible and/or liable for any benefit, including <br /> <br />o~ <br /> <br />FLSA and/or PERS, etc" for Coordinator and/or Support Staff. <br />~N f{)i:,,' ',I, <br />8. Captain Muetra's Employment.
