<br />where: <br /> <br />A <br />n <br /> <br />is the amount to be paid by County for its non-grant <br />eligible capacity rights hereunder, in dollars. <br /> <br />RC <br />n <br /> <br />is the actual amount in dollars which City is, or shall <br />be obligated to pay Authority pursuant to the joint <br />exercise of powers agreement described in paragraph l(a) <br />as City's allocated share of the non-grant eligible <br />capacity costs of Authority's treatment plant. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Estimates. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that the current <br /> <br />estimated cost of County's grant eligible capacity rights reserved <br /> <br />by City hereunder is Forty-nine Thousanct Nine Hundred Forty-four <br /> <br />and No/100 Dollars ($49,944.00) based upon an estimated cost of <br /> <br />City's allocated share of the grant eligible capital costs of <br /> <br />Authority's treatment plant of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-two <br /> <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,472,000.00). <br /> <br />It is further understood <br /> <br />and agreed that the current estimated purchase price of the non-grant <br /> <br />eligible capacity rights conveyed to County hereunder is One Hundred <br /> <br />Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-one and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($112,861.00) based upon the estimated cost of City's allocated share <br /> <br />of the non-grant eligible capital costs of Authority's treatment <br /> <br />plant of One Million Three Hundred Forty-eight Thousand and No/IOO <br /> <br />Dollars ($1,348,000.00). <br /> <br />It is further understood and agreed that <br /> <br />the aforesaid dollar amounts are estimates only and that the actual <br /> <br />costs of County's grant eligible capacity rights reserved hereunder <br /> <br />and County's non-grant eligible capacity rights conveyed hereunder <br /> <br />shall be based upon City's allocated share of the grant eligible <br /> <br />and non-grant eligible capital costs, respectively, of Authority's <br /> <br />treatment plant as said actual costs shall be finally determined. <br /> <br />The calculation of the foregoing estimates is shown, for convenience, <br /> <br />on "Exhibit 0" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
