Developing continuing paramedic education training program and <br />establishing an annual EMS budget. June, 2000 <br /> <br />. Provide a paramedic response within the city of five (5) minutes or <br />less 90% of the time. Two minutes faster than the County required <br />time. June, 2000 <br /> <br />. Delivery of new truck apparatus and preparing it for service. <br />Sept., 1999 <br /> <br />. Finalize plans to renovate or rebuild Station 11. <br /> <br />1999-2000 <br />
