Improve Payroll and Human Resources systems by selecting and implementing <br />new Financial Software. <br /> <br />2. Decrease lost work time and worker's compensation claims by designing and <br />implementing a safety awareness/education program. <br /> <br />Intemallnitiativesßssues: <br /> <br />The HR Department has experienced a vacancy and anticipates a retirement. This <br />poses an opportunity for the department to evaluate its current structure and make <br />necessary course corrections. The department is currently looking at how to provide <br />staff support toward specific customer defined needs. So far, it seems more support <br />is necessary in the areas of recruitments and employee training. We will address <br />and implement the required adjustments over the next 6 months. <br /> <br />8 Page 1 <br />
