APPEALS - 2150 Roosevelt, the old Petrini Market site, Appeals of Planning <br />Commission approvals of proposed 26-unit single family medium density development, <br />and proposed General Plan amendments and zoning changes, as detailed below - Subject <br />continued from May 5, 1997; <br /> <br />LOCATION: 2150 Roosevelt Avenue; Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 13 of Block 9, Redwood <br />Terrace No.4; APN 058-392-020; "CN" (Neighborhood Commercial) District; <br /> <br />City Council held COMBINED PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above mentioned <br />appeals and proposed General Plan and zoning changes on May 5, 1997, heard all <br />sworn testimony, and closed the public hearings.
