PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. COMBINED PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Council will hear all testimony on the following Appeals and may close the public <br />hearings, but will not take action at this meeting. Council will discuss and then make <br />its decisions on all the Appeals at the regular meeting of May 12,1997. <br /> <br />The Redwood City Council will hold combined public hearings on the application of <br />Classic Communities to construct a 26 unit residential development on a 2.1 acre site at <br />2150 Roosevelt Avenue.
